Following the coast longer than 30 km, the Elaphite Islands are an archipelago, the biggest islands of which are Lopud, Sipan and Jakljan.
They form a natural rampart that protects Trsteno. At a 30-minute walking distance from the coast, the highest peak of Sipan offers a spectacular panoramic view of the coast and many islands and islets in the surroundings.On this island there are also many ancient ruins that are still visible.There is a botanical garden on the coast, in front of this archipelago, which offers a maze of paths in a shade with extraordinary vegetation that edges the Mediterranean.
